While there are a number of options you can choose to add to your video collection, the main deliverable will be your cinematic film. Depending on your collection, you can opt to include additional items, such as a "love story" film, a blooper reel, an additional filming session, and rehearsal dinner coverage.

Unlike traditional wedding videos, a cinematic wedding film is like a mini-movie, featuring artistic footage from your wedding day, layered with evocative music and actual audio from your wedding day. Cinematic wedding films are typically six-eight minutes long - enough to tell your story but short enough to share and watch anytime!

ALL of it! Just like our photo collections, our clients will enjoy unlimited video coverage on their wedding day.

Your final film(s) will be delivered via digital download, allowing you to share the film online, and also to download it straight to your computer or phone. There is no limit on the number of times it can be downloaded.

We carefully edit each film in our studio, and you can expect to receive the final edit 12-16 weeks after your wedding. We try to get your teaser trailer published within a week of your wedding so you have something to see as soon as possible.

There is absolutely an advantage to working with the same team for wedding photography and videography! We are familiar with the way we each work as individuals and are experienced and comfortable working together as a team. Because of this, we are able to communicate with each other quickly and calmly to make sure that both the photographers and filmmakers get what they need to provide you with the best finished product. Also, you will only need to hire and work with ONE company, which will save you valuable time during the planning process and hopefully take unnecessary stress off of your shoulders.

Absolutely! Both our photo and video collections can be booked independently and we have tons of experience working with other photographers and videographers. However, we do offer special "bundle" pricing should you choose to book BOTH services through AKP.

Much like our photography, we take an editorial approach to filmmaking. This is a blend of a true documentary approach (where you are given no direction at all), and traditional coverage (where everything is posed). In practice, that means that we will never tell you HOW to react or ask you to pretend to feel an emotion - but we WILL make sure you are standing in beautiful light so that when the moment does come, it can unfold naturally in a beautiful setting.

With our wedding collections, we will always send a second filmmaker to help capture two angles on important moments, or to cover simultaneous events in separate locations.
