What made the wedding venue special?
Ally + Bryan’s spring wedding at Oyster Bay was a magical day that will surely be remembered by all in attendance. The bride + groom chose the boutique hotel as their venue to accommodate their guests all weekend long, making it easy to catch up with family and friends and truly immerse themselves in the festivities.
The hotel’s lush grounds boasted of blooming magnolias, the bride’s favorite, and the perfect backdrop for her special day. As the ceremony approached, the looming storm clouds parted just in time for them to say “I DO” on the property’s gorgeous lawn, followed by an energy-infused tented reception under the stars.
Ally and Bryan’s wedding at Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel was truly special, and it was the perfect example of how a wedding weekend can bring together friends and family for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The hotel’s location, amenities, and hospitality made the entire weekend unforgettable, and it’s a memory that will be treasured by all those who were fortunate enough to be there.
What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
The couple not only had the most special first look with one another; but soon after welcomed their sweet pup for one of his own. Right out the gate, rambunctious Booker gunned for his people, doling out slobbery kisses before settling in atop his mama’s delicate Marchesa gown. Once they had their fill of fur baby cuddles, the couple broke out their favorite small batch bourbon and toasted their love with custom glasses etched complete with their last name : )
Were there special gifts given on the wedding day?
The couple, along with their family were extremely considerate when it came to the day’s details and honoring all those involved. In the most thoughtful gesture, the couple, their parents, and even the flower girl were all gifted with an iconic little blue box (or bag) from Tiffany’s. The bride’s Mom gifted her daughter with a Tiffany blue heart trinket to attach to her zipper; and followed it up by pinning her grandmother’s rings to the inside of the dress for the most epic “something new, something blue” combo.
