What made the wedding venue special?
Katie grew up vacationing in the 30A area, so it was only natural that she and Will chose the perfect little white Chapel at Seaside and Watercolor Lakehouse for their destination wedding! With its soaring ceilings, stunning natural light, and gracefully curved pews I adore weddings at the Chapel. I simply cannot think of a prettier place on 30a to say “I do!”
What made the reception enjoyable?
Blues Factor brought some SERIOUS energy to the stage for Katie and Will’s reception, keeping the dance floor packed all night! Their high energy and absolutely fire horn section was so much fun, and I especially enjoyed that they sprinkled in some unexpected songs and unique spins on old favorites. A crowd pleaser for sure!
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
For their first dance, rather than have the band play or selecting something pre-recorded, Katie’s sister sang an absolutely stunning rendition of Adele’s “One and Only.” It was such a sweet moment and beautiful gift to the newlyweds, and I loved how unique it was to them and their wedding!
