What was unique about the bride and groom’s attire?
While getting ready at the beautiful Emerald Grande at Harborwalk Village located in Destin, Florida, Kelsey was showing me all of her magnificent details including her veil, which is the same one her mother wore on her wedding day! I truly think there is nothing sweeter than incorporating family heirlooms into your wedding day. It makes it more unique and special, and I LOVED her veil.
Were there any unique traditions that made the reception or ceremony memorable?
Kelsey and Taylor are both amazing songwriters and singers, which plays a part in the story of how they met. (So sweet!) Taylor decided to write a song just for Kelsey to perform for her on the big day. During the reception, Kelsey’s dad gave the sweetest toast. As if that wasn’t enough of a tearjerker, Taylor followed the toast with Kelsey’s special song. The look of love that came from Kelsey while watching Taylor sing his heart out was definitely a special moment that I don’t think anyone in that room will ever forget.
Was the exit exciting and unique?
You bet! There were streamers galore!!! As the streamers engulfed Kelsey and Taylor, they just laughed and laughed and held on tightly to one another. The whole exit was just epic!
