What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
After their first look on the gorgeous grounds of Live Oak, they each pulled out hand-written vows. They exchanged sentiments and held hands. Watching them profess their love for one another, I could only smile. Those sweet moments are what make a wedding day so special and unforgettable.
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
Malina’s shoes were absolutely magnificent. The delicate, woven flowers and the dainty straps – they were just so feminine and the perfect complement to her fabulous gown. I also loved the fact that Jeffrey, too, had an amazing addition to his wardrobe – an awesome set of leather suspenders! All of the details that Malina chose came together so beautifully.
What was the couple’s session like?
The time I spent with them during their portraits was nothing short of outstanding. Thankfully, we didn’t get rain, just a nice shade of overcast that created some really beautiful moments. We were able to explore Live Oak a bit (but not too long because they had an amazing reception waiting for them!) and capture some exceptional portraits of the lovely couple.
