Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
At Langley and Jake’s outdoor wedding, the weather was complete perfection. It was one of those rare days in which the sky was bright blue, the sun was golden and warm, there was a breeze and birds chirping. All of the guests enjoyed sitting on the green, facing gorgeous Pensacola Bay, to watch the bride and groom say their vows. After the ceremony, their wedding guests took short stroll up to the open-sided tent for cocktails and dancing while the sun set beautifully over the water.
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
Langley chose a a beautiful color palette – pastel pinks and purples and mauves, punctuated with creamy white flowers, tan-colored pampas grasses, and green jasmine. I love that she took a risk with her bridesmaids’ dresses, and asked each of her maids to wear a different color. The result was a stunning, slightly-boho look, and I adored it.
Was the exit exciting and unique?
Sparklers are always a fun and exciting way to exit your wedding reception, and it was obvious that the guests as well as the bride and groom loved the energy! What a gorgeous way to celebrate the end of their Pensacola Country Club wedding – absolutely classic.
