What emotions were apparent while the bride was getting ready?
Despite the effect COVID-19 had on Casey and Drew’s wedding day, they were in such high spirits. They decided to have a beach elopement due to the fact they could only have a certain number of guests, and moved their big wedding celebration to 2021. Even though they experienced some pretty big changes, that didn’t stop their happiness or celebration which warmed my heart. They were smiling ear to ear, laughing with only their close family and friends, and were literally counting the minutes until they could walk down the aisle and be united as one.
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
For sure Casey’s dress!!!! She decided for the elopement she would wear a different dress that she felt fit more in line with a beach wedding. Boy was it fabulous; a two piece wedding dress, the prettiest lace top and long flowy skirt. She had everyone swoon.
Were there any special gifts shared between the bride and groom?
Drew, I have come to learn is very sentimental, kind, and thoughtful. He gifted Casey the sweetest most thoughtful gift. A journal with her new name, Mrs. Casey Anderson. She definitely was crying, as was everyone else.
