The Lake House at Camellia Palms was a beautiful spot for this intimate Florala wedding! The lovely white house sits atop of a bluff, overlooking Lake Jackson and Florala City Park. It was a gorgeous spot to get married. The breeze from the lake kept everyone cool and the pink front doors matched Hanna’s color scheme perfectly!
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
PINK! We see pale pink often (and love it more every time), but Hanna chose to include a bold hot pink as well. The contrast and vibrance was a beautiful complement to the soft greens and blues of the lake and park.
What was the couple’s session like?
After the ceremony we photographed the bride and groom’s family and the wedding party, and then we focused on Hanna and Logen. We utilized the adorable front of the Lake House (again, the pink doors were calling to me!), the back yard area sloping down to the water, and then the lakefront itself. The cypress trees were still leafless from the winter, and the Spanish moss that dripped from their leaves made for a dramatic and beautiful backdrop.
