What was the couple’s session like?
If I had to choose one word, STUNNING would be the one! Given a few more, I would add perfect, dreamy, and maybe even a little saucy! Kayla and Larry are so head-over-heels in love with each other, and I loved how comfortable they were with being affectionate in front of the camera!
What made the wedding venue special?
Kalioka Stables is an absolutely gorgeous property in Alabama! The lakeside ceremony site is like something out of a movie and the way the late afternoon sun peeks through the treeline is exactly the kind of light I always hope to find for couples portraits. There is enough space to spread out, but still have a wedding that feels cozy and intimate. It is truly a lovely spot to say “I Do” and celebrate!
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
So much sparkle!! Kayla fully embraced wedding glam, from her FABULOUS earrings to crystal encrusted toasting flutes, to beautiful invitations with rose gold foil detail. Everywhere we turned was another gorgeous, sparkly detail!
