Were there any unique traditions that made the reception or ceremony memorable?
“After the super sweet moments of the first dances, the wedding party turned it up a few notches by getting out on the floor together! I have never seen a wedding party dance before but I’d like to see more in the future! It was such a great way to get everyone out on the dance floor and it set the tone for a very fun reception.”
Was there an exceptional vendor?
“Sarah and her crew from Sunshine Designs did an amazing job with the flowers! Chelsea’s bouquet was exactly what she had envisioned and it was gorgeous. The asymmetrical arbor design was so chic and photographed beautifully! And the reception centerpieces were showstoppers!”
What was unique about the bridal party’s attire?
“Each bridesmaid was told to choose their own dress and to just keep it in the same color. SO FUN! And the maid of honor got to wear a gold sequined dress that was seriously amazing! I love how each of them got to express their own personality and they loved absolutely fabulous all together.”
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
“Is “glitter” a color? What about “sparkles”? Well, Chelsea made it into a color palette and I was in love! Whether it was the gold on her maid of honor’s dress, the gorgeous beaded detail on the cake, or her beautiful gold eyeshadow, it all sparkled almost as much as Chelsea herself.”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“Hockey sticks!!! Phil has either been playing hockey professionally or coaching for many years and he is awesome! Chelsea likes to brag on him and beams with pride which I find 100% adorable! There were several nods to his love of hockey throughout the wedding day (like the hockey stick garter toss!) So naturally, their sparkler exit needed to include hockey sticks. It was so much fun!”
