What emotions were apparent while the bride was getting ready?
“Typically, bridal prep is a flurry of activity and emotions, but Camellia and her bridesmaids were so calm when we arrived during hair and makeup! She was clearly ready to marry Thomas, but if she had any nervousness at all I couldn’t tell!! It was such a relaxing environment and I thought, such a lovely way to spend her wedding morning!”
What was unique about the bride attire?
“Camellia’s wedding gown was absolutely stunning on her, but I LOVED her reception dress! It was a gorgeous, vintage inspired blush, wraparound dress with amazing lace detailing that swished and swirled perfectly on the dance floor!”
What was the couple’s session like?
“We had the prettiest Gulf Coast sunset and Camellia and Thomas scheduled their plated dinner, and reception specifically to take advantage of the prettiest light on the beach 30 minutes prior to sunset for portraits of just the two of them! They were so sweet with each other and willing to give us as much time as we needed to get those gorgeous, romantic portraits they were hoping for! I love the resulting set of photos!!”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“They chose to do a sparkler exit at the end of the reception, but instead of making their exit immediately, they chose to head back down to the sand to create a few more night-time portraits with us! I loved that we were able to not only create a few STUNNING portraits, but that we also were able to get a few portraits in Camellias gorgeous reception dress!”
