What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“Alex’s dress!!! It was absolutely stunning and fit her like a glove. A wedding dress is always beautiful on a hanger but it just comes to life once the bride puts it on. She was glowing. Her hair looked fabulous, woven to perfection all pinned up. She couldn’t have been more gorgeous.”
What was unique about the bridal party’s attire?
“If your socks don’t have the grooms face on them, then you’re not doing it right.”
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
“Ahhhh, so many blush pink, greens, and whites, all so elegant and bright. The colors looked amazing throughout the venue.”
How did the parent’s react upon seeing their son/daughter?
“Alex’s dad thought his daughter was stunning. Tears started coming but they really came when he opened up the sweet gift Alex gave him, a sweet little hanky with a personal message, which came in handy.”
What made the wedding and reception enjoyable?
“5eleven is absolutely one of my favorite venues. The space is gorgeous, drowning in beautiful natural light making for a beautiful environment for a wedding and reception. Everything can all happen in one location making it easy for guests and not having to worry about travel – which also saves on time! The ceremony took place right outside in a lovely garden courtyard and let me say, it was a beautiful one. Their ceremony arch was exquisite, decorated by the amazing Fiorè. Not only was the view beautiful, but the party itself was a blast! Mostly everyone there loved to dance! Alex was getting down, especially with her dad, and cousins. There was even a cousin there who made his appearance decked out as a foam board. There’s a first time for everything!!”
