What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
“There were so many tears!! Chloe and Spencer were completely and totally lovely with one another, and it was an honor to witness and capture how much the clearly delighted in one another. Chloe’s relationship with her father was also especially close – tears flowed throughout their interactions, from the first time he saw his little girl in her wedding gown to their father-daughter dance (not a dry eye in the house, including mine).”
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“Watercolor weddings are always gorgeous, but I have never seen the LakeHouse and pool deck as beautiful as it was during this June wedding. Twinkle lights literally dripped from the rafters, and lush orchids burst from every surface. My favorite detail was the pool – giant white balloons rose up from the surface and appeared to float over the water, giving the pool deck a festive and unexpected twist!”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“These Auburn fans exited their reception under an arch of shakers of burnt orange and navy blue, while their guests sang the Tigers’ fight song!”
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
“Everything was black and white, giving this Watercolor wedding an incredibly classy and formal feel! The florals were white and ivory orchids, peonies, roses and more, and Florals by the Sea did an incredible job. The ceremony arch was especially amazing – I’ve never seen a floral arch larger, lusher, or more gorgeous than this one!”
