Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
“The forecast called for torrential rain and we had a rain plan set. But we also had super high hopes that the forecast would be proven wrong. And so it was! It rained in the morning before anything started and then absolutely poured during the ceremony. Monsignor Hunt promised that the rain would stop by the time he was done with the mass and that is exactly what happened! The sun was out for the rest of the day and the sunset was so gorgeous. It made their portrait session beyond gorgeous!!!“
What was the couple’s session like?
“The couple’s session was dreamy. Adeline and Forrest are so natural with each other and very laid back. The yacht club means so much to Forrest’s family so wandering around the property finding perfect spots was even more meaningful.”
What made the band exceptional?
“Eric Lindell!!! If you haven’t heard his music, you are missing out! He is amazing and it was such a treat to listen to such an incredible artist! When Adeline told me he was the “band” I just squealed! For real. It was so special to Adeline and Forrest that he was able to be there and he kept the guests dancing all night long!”
Was there an exceptional vendor?
“We have worked with Scott at the Yacht Club many times over the years but he never ceases to amaze us! His kindness, organization, and positive attitude make every aspect of shooting at this venue enjoyable.”
Where there special details with symbolic importance?
“Adeline’s grandmother’s rosary was wound around her bouquet and it was so special to her to have it in her hands throughout the day. I took so many images of her bouquet because I wanted to get just the right kind of image to capture the beauty of both the bouquet and the rosary.”
How did the parent’s react upon seeing their son/daughter?
“Adeline’s father, Russ, was so moved when he saw her in her wedding dress. There is so much love in their family and it was easy to see that Adeline is adored.“
