Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
“It was a gorgeous early summer day at the beach! Warm and sunny, perfect clear aqua water, and just enough clouds to leave us with a stunning sunset for their portraits! It was absolutely beautiful!”
What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
“JOY!! Doris and Mike had family from all over the country (and the world!) travel to Fort Walton Beach for their beach wedding! Family was the most important thing to them when planning their big day and everyone was SO happy to be there to celebrate with them! It was such a pleasure to witness and be a part of!”
What was the couple’s session like?
“From our first conversation, it was clear that beautiful portraits were important to them and they really prioritized that time when we created their schedule for the day! The beach was gorgeous and the light was perfect, but they were so sweet and natural with each other and up for anything! I loved that they were so excited about their portraits with each other, and it shows in the resulting photographs!!
What made the reception enjoyable?
“This group came to CELEBRATE and their party was SO MUCH FUN!! They hired an awesome DJ who kept everyone on the dance floor literally all night long with fantastic latin mixes – so much joy, so much energy, and SO MUCH DANCING!! Amy and I had an incredible time watching and photographing everything!
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“Instead of a big grand exit, we snuck back out to the beach after their reception to create a few more gorgeous night portraits! It was such a fun way to end what was one of the most fun weddings I’ve been privileged to photograph!”
