Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
“Leading up to Carly and Will’s wedding there was a lot of rain… a lot. There were some concerns whether or not it was going to pour down on their day, but it didn’t! There was just enough cloud coverage to keep the day just the right temperature and allowed the guys to venture off to Pensacola Bay Brewery and hang out before getting all dressed and dapper!”
What was unique about the bride and groom’s attire?
“I LOVED how sentimental Carly and Will were. Carly wore a ring on her pinky that was her grandmother’s that was just the right touch. In memory of Will’s father, he wore his father’s cufflinks and college ring to have a part of his dad with him. They all were beautiful pieces that fit together so perfectly.”
Were there any children involved in the ceremony or reception that were memorable?
“Carly and Will’s baby girl, Charlotte!! She was just so precious. Charlotte strutted around in her cute little pink tulle dress and was just the sweetest baby. It was so cute how she kept clinging to her daddy and wanting to just be near to him. I just loved that little girl.”
What emotions were apparent while the bride was getting ready?
“Carly just makes my heart leap for joy when I think about her. She is the kindest, most laid back, thoughtful woman, and was just so easy to work with. Everything was taking place at the gorgeous historic Lee House, located in downtown Pensacola. Carly and her ladies were upstairs in the Bonifay room overlooking Seville Square. At the beginning of the day, Carly was cuddled up in bed relaxing, talking and drinking champagne, just taking in all the moments. As it got closer to her gowning, I could see the anticipation in her face building and she was so ready to see Will. I love when that happens. It’s beautiful to see how one person can take all those nerves away. After Carly and Will’s first look, I could see how at peace she was and how Will just made her so happy.”
What made the reception enjoyable?
“It was very important to the both of them to be present at their reception and party! I loved that!!! They had a three hour reception and they partied every bit of it and then some after the grand exit… talk about fun!”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“YES!!! Confetti galore!!!! So much fun, so much confetti!!!!!”
