What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
“So much excitement and laughter! Lindsay and Joey were doing nothing but giggling right before their first look in that beautiful golden field. Joey was smiling ear to ear and even when he turned around his eyes stared straight into Lindsay’s eyes, she had to tell him to look at her dress! I think that was my favorite part of their first look; he was here for Lindsay, not for the white dress or the fancy wedding but he was here for her and the love was just pouring out.”
What made the wedding venue special?
“I loved Live Oak Plantation because of its style and all of its versatility! The land is gorgeous and has so many different looks it’s hard to choose where to take a photograph! Live Oak has long winding paths, huge oaks draped with string lights and beautiful chandeliers, fields of gold tall grass, a beautiful lake, and woods to venture off too if you’re feeling adventurous! The Cotton House where Lindsay and Joey had their reception was just fabulous; candles everywhere surrounded by beautiful greenery – it was all just so lovely to look at.”
What made the band or DJ exceptional?
“Anyday DJ is always amazing!! They know how to throw a party and keep it going! Not only that, they’re amazing to work with! Ramsey always make sure he has open communication with the vendors at the same time knowing how to read the crowd and seeing what they need next, whether that a slow dance or crankin’ it all the way up!”
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“Honestly my favorite thing from their wedding day wasn’t an actual detail but it was Lindsay. She was magnificent in personality and in beauty. Now the details she wore her wedding day I have to say were also fabulous. Her wedding dress fit like the perfect glove, sparkling and glistening the whole time she wore it. Her hair was of silver and grey, with gorgeous loose curls accompanied by baby’s breath woven into her hair. Her pearls and earrings were to die for. She was just stunning. Oh and how could I forget her shoes! They were perfection. Lindsay was just simply exquisite.”
