Paige and John’s mid-summer Pensacola Beach wedding at the super fun and funky Margaritaville wedding at Landshark Landing was the very definition of a laid-back, Florida beach wedding. Because we live and work near one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida (not to toot our own horn too much!), we work with A LOT of destination wedding clients. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, from not being able to see venues or meet vendors in person, to not knowing the area and having to figure out logistics of getting everyone (and all their stuff!) where they need to be for the big day – it can be a big process. From day one though, Paige was so easy going and just excited to marry John, and THAT makes for a pretty fantastic Margaritaville wedding day. When we arrived on the wedding morning, rather than finding a nervous bride and a bustling prep area, we walked into a room that was relaxed and joyful, and when I asked where the groom was, Paige said, “I think they are at the pool right now.” Seriously, that is my kind of way to start the day!! The day never got more stressful than that. A few hours later as the sun began to drop and the breeze picked up, they said their vows with toes in the sand while waves lazily lapped at the shoreline. It couldn’t have been more perfect.
