Jordan + Blake – Wedding

Jordan and Blake’s downtown Pensacola wedding was one that I’m sure none of their attendees will ever forget. From preparing at the beautiful Lee House on Bayfront Parkway, to tying the knot at Historic Old Christ Church, to feasting and fun and dancing on the homey grounds of DUH – everyone had a blast. It was an absolute privilege to work with such a lovely couple. Working with Megan of Megan K Events is always a pleasure. She certainly does everything in her power to take the very best care of her clients as possible. She always does a great job of making sure that there is plenty of opportunity not only to capture moments, but also allowing the bride and groom the space to create moments outside of the many responsibilities of the wedding. Not to mention, Megan always makes sure to create a stunning environment and atmosphere alongside her vendors.

I first worked with Jordan and Blake before Christmas last year for the engagement shoot. They were a pleasure to be around and so easy to work with. I had the exact same experience with them on their wedding day. They are both so calm and easygoing. Their ceremony was charming, concluding with everyone heading outside of the full-capacity church to send them on their way to the reception covered in rose petals.

DUH was a packed house when the bride and groom arrived for their grand entrance. After cocktail hour, everyone was invited to the outdoor tented area to enjoy dancing and live music. The band, Stretta, from Nashville, was amazing and didn’t let up until the day was over, literally (the reception ended at 12:00).

So much time, energy, and love went into making this day the absolute best it could be for Jordan and Blake, and I’m so honored to have been a part of it. The families were so loving and I must mention how great it was to witness on the few occasions of meeting and working with them, a mom love and support her daughter as much as Ann does for Jordan. Congratulations to Jordan, Blake, and their amazing families!
