Our studio is close the beach (like, actually two blocks from the water), so we see a lot of beach clients. But we’re also in the downtown historic district, so we have lots of city brides as well. And you know – we really love both! But it isn’t very often that we have wedding that combine BOTH, which is exactly what Allison and Charles did. They got ready at the beach, and their early portraits and first look are full of beachy elegance – windblown hair, relaxed moments, and the prettiest blue sky you ever saw. But as the sun lowered, they moved their party into downtown, bringing with them the fun attitude from the beach and transitioning into a ceremony and reception that was true, downtown chic, with gorgeous greenery and draping at their courtyard ceremony. Also, I’m pretty much obsessed with Allison’s bouquet.
