There are lots of things I love about a wedding – I truly appreciate the detail and delicacy of a gorgeous bridal gown; the emotional significance of having family members together is a very real component; a newly-married couple canoodling in a sun-drenched park – I love it ALL. But you know what my very favorite thing about a wedding is? LAUGHTER. And Rachel and Tom brought that by the bucketful. It rained all day – REALLY poured, and was dark and dreary and gray and all of the things you hope it’s not going to be on your wedding day. But did it matter to Rachel and Tom? Nope. Not at all. Scroll through these photos and I guarantee that you won’t notice the rain. You’ll notice Rachel’s smile, and her real laughter throughout the entire day (but my favorite laugh is the one when she first sees her groom).
