I have known Sara for years, since she is one of the most prestigious wedding coordinators on the Florida Gulf Coast, and have always thought weddings she planned were particularly gorgeous. Her attention to detail is always flawless, and her events have a graceful consistency that is a dream to photograph. When she began planning her own wedding (to dashing Damien!), I knew we were in for something special. This couple is all class, and their black tie wedding was perfection. From their lavish and thoughtful welcome gifts for their guests (complete with customized, watercolor maps, wine, and homemade treats), to hand-written, calligraphy menus personalized for each individual guests, Sara and Damien made their guests feel special, wanted, and very much participants in this beautiful day. Their Pensacola wedding ceremony took place at First United Methodist Church, a huge space full of glowing stained glass windows (and their bird seed send-off from the ceremony is stunning and traditional, with the church standing guard behind them). After rolling away in a gorgeous Bentley, the party moved to the Pensacola Country Club. This country club wedding was formal and grand, and gorgeous details were tucked in every corner. From centerpieces dripping with crystals and candles, floral arrangements bursting with hydrangeas and garden roses, to the most stunning, circular, draped cake display – this Pensacola Country Club wedding was breathtaking.
