What emotions were apparent while the bride and groom was getting ready?
“Courtney and all her ladies spent the morning getting dressed in a gorgeous beach house located on the shores of Navarre Beach and the day was soooooo beautiful. Courtney couldn’t have been relaxed; she was ready to see her groom, of course but you could tell she was just happy and soaking in every part of the day. Ian, on the other hand, was right down the road itching to see her… it was pretty cute. He was nervous, but nervous in a good way; he just wanted to see his bride and have her as his wife and celebrate!”
How did the parent’s react upon seeing their son/daughter?
“I was standing next to Courtney’s dad waiting for the big first look with the both of them and he asked me, “So what do I do?” When Courtney came out and he turned around her he just broke down and it was the most beautiful moment. They both cried, hugged and he just kept telling her how much he loved her. All the love. I believe I was crying just a bit behind the camera.”
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“They had a circle ceremony on the beach and it was beautiful! I loved that instead of everyone coming straight down to the altar they had to walk around the ceremony, which to me symbolized so much.”
What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
“Ian didn’t have a first look with Courtney but wanted to see her first coming down the aisle. When he turned to see Courtney his eyes glistened full of love and he was grinning from ear to ear.”
Where there any unique traditions that made the reception or ceremony memorable?
“The bride and groom, along with all the guests, right after the ceremony threw a shell in the water with all their wishes and it was just such a cool moment!”
