Was the exit exciting and unique?
“The bride and groom chose a classic and fun sparkler exit, and it was amazing! So many guests grabbed sparklers and lined the front walkway of the Pensacola Country Club. They cheered and sang as Hannah and Cody ran down the front steps and sped away in Cody’s truck – complete with cans scraping the ground behind them!”
What made the reception enjoyable?
“Everyone – and I mean EVERYONE – danced! This Pensacola Country Club wedding had a packed dance floor all night long, with guests of all ages laughing, singing, and boogying their hearts out. They even extended the reception so everyone could continue to enjoy the party! Hannah and Cody were right in the mix and never really left each other all night long. It was so sweet to see just how stinking happy they were to be married!”
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
“Hannah and Cody stuck mostly to neutrals, which are perfect against the colors of the County Club – but I LOVED the unique, dusty pink color of the bridesmaids’ dresses! They were deeper than blush but still soft and bridal – I just loved them!”
Where there any special gifts shared between the bride and groom?
“Hannah and Cody exchanged letters, and WOW – this was one moment that I will never forget. Although they chose not to see one another prior to the ceremony, they did stand back to back and read each other’s letters aloud. Cody went first, reading the sweet words Hannah had written, and it was enough to make them both a bit teary. But when Hannah opened the letter from Cody, it was as though time stopped. She gasped and literally couldn’t read for a solid minute – I watched her realize that the letter she held in hand had been written, by Cody, YEARS AGO – to his future wife. He sealed it and saved it, and they were both puddles by the time she got to the end. It was an incredibly special moment, and an honor to photograph.”
