What made the wedding venue special?
“The beach house was so welcoming and it was awesome to see everyone spending time together leading up to the ceremony. Campbell’s family was so gracious and her Mimi didn’t stop cooking and feeding everyone until she had to walk out the door for the wedding! She was just one of the amazing family members that made Campbell and Brooks’ day perfect!”
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“I absolutely loved Campbell’s flowers from Chloe at Supposey! For real though, I have never seen a bouquet from Chloe that I didn’t love. Just another great thing about working with the amazingly talented vendors in our area. Campbell was in awe of her bouquet and it sure was fun to take photos of it!”
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
“Soft blush and blue complemented both the beach and the beautifully lit reception venue. The contrast between the dark wood of Palafox house and the soft colors made everything pop. This was just one of the things that made this such a fun wedding to shoot!”
What was the couple’s session like?
“Campbell and Brooks are so easy and natural with each and it really comes through in their photos. It’s always my goal to make my clients feel relaxed and with them I hardly had to tell them anything. I just let them exist in their happy little world and it was magic!”
What made the reception enjoyable?
“After a long day of getting ready and making sure all of the little details were handled, EVERYONE was ready to dance and get the party started. A bit of beach traffic held things up a bit but they hit the dance floor and didn’t waste a single minute! I am pretty sure that every single guest touched the dance floor at some point.”
