What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
“Morgan’s shoes! So her dress was absolutely stunning but her shoes stole my heart as soon I laid eyes on them! I mean, pink high-top Vans? Yes, please. It was such a perfect blend of beautiful and fun to pair them together and a perfect reflection of Morgan herself.”
What made the wedding venue special?
“Morgan and Derrick’s ceremony had to be moved inside due to mean old Tropical Storm Barry! Normally that would be a big disappointment but the indoor spaces at The Island Resort are so beautiful that no one’s spirits were dampened. All of the spaces are light and bright with just the right amount of texture and color in the lounge areas. It was so dreamy shooting there!”
What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
“Every single person I spent time with on Morgan and Andrew’s wedding day was so full of joy! It was a beautiful and happy time for everyone. All of the story sharing, dancing, laughing, toasting, and smiling was absolutely wonderful to be part of.”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“One of the images that Morgan was the most excited about was a night shot in the Gulf. It had rained on and off all day but it cleared up during her sparkler exit so we headed out to the beach. I absolutely love the way the shot turned out because it shows Morgan and Andrew’s amazing connection and beautiful energy!”
What made the reception enjoyable?
“So much dancing! Morgan is the type of person that just lights up a room with her infectious energy! She brought all that energy out to the dance floor and everyone had so much fun! I don’t think they left the dance floor for more than a couple of minutes the whole night!”
