What made the reception enjoyable?
Hannah + Dan, along with their guests, kept the dance floor packed at their Palafox Wharf Waterfront reception. The DJ rounded out an already strong playlist with an eclectic mix of requests from partygoers. From funk and R&B to country and pop-punk classics, the couple and their loved ones danced and sang the night away.
Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
The weather kept us all on our toes with a last-minute cold front blowing through right before the ceremony. The bride + groom stayed cozy as temps dropped, making the most of the chilly + windy winter weather. Once the sun had set and their party was in full swing, the couple and I snuck away for some swoon-worthy night shots among the twinkling lights along Palafox Street. It was the first true taste of winter this wedding season and made for a beautiful day to celebrate Hannah + Dan.
What was unique about the bridal party’s attire?
Hannah + Dan hit the mark when it came to planning their bridal party looks. The bride’s lovely ladies donned rust-hued velvet dresses from Revelry, while the men kept it sharp in their dress blues. It doesn’t get much better than a man in uniform, but the gorgeous texture and tone of the convertible bridesmaid’s dresses were a very close second. Next to the gorgeous bride and groom, this was one good-looking group.
