What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
Kathryn and Cory really wanted a non-traditional wedding, and they were so intentional about making choices THEY wanted, instead of doing “all of the wedding things.” And they really did it! Every choice was authentic and reflected who they are – from the iced coffee bar, to the breakfast for dinner!

I always love working with Donna and Laura at Live Oak! They’re so kind and professional and you can tell that they truly have the best interest of their clients at heart. Kathryn and Cory have been planning their wedding for FOUR YEARS (thanks, Covid!), and all of the vendors were thrilled to see this awesome couple finally get hitched.
What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
Kathryn and Cory chose to do a First Look, which took place in the prettiest patch of golden sun, with the forest behind them. Cory’s reaction was priceless – he literally covered his mouth in shock – and Kathryn was just the sweetest as she straightened his tie and wiped away any tears. This bride and groom chose to exchange letters during this moment as well, and it was emotional and beautiful.
