What was unique about the bride’s accessories?
Molly was the most thoughtful bride and chose to incorporate multiple heirloom pieces into her bridal look, honoring her family and friends. The bling she borrowed from her bestie complimented the vintage earrings gifted by her mother, but it was the ornate butterfly pin adorning her stunning Fiore bouquet that stole the show for me. This beautiful piece was inherited from her Grandmother and rounded out her “something blue” for a truly special bridal look.
Were there any special moments from the reception?
I’m sure a lot of wedding vendors will agree with me when I say that I’ve heard a lot of wedding speeches. While most are touching, Molly’s Maid of Honor gave a speech that had both myself and my second shooter in tears. I think we both agreed that it was one of the best speeches we’ve both heard in the years we’ve been shooting weddings.
Was the exit exciting and unique?
Yes, yes it was! It’s not often that I get couples that choose to have a daytime exit, so I get pretty jazzed about it when they do. Molly and Jim ended their celebration with a bunch of high-capacity bubble guns and some enthusiastic guests ready at the helm. There may have even been a bubble mower for the ring bearer to lead the way. It was a playful way to bid farewell to their loved ones and the perfect end to a sweet day.
