Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
In stark contrast to the bold, rich colors I often see at autumn weddings (which I love!!), Jenna and Brandon chose a clean, neutral palette for their elegant boho wedding at 5eleven Palafox. With florals in ivory, the softest of pale pinks, and amazing dried palm spear and pampas grass accents, everything was absolutely gorgeous and done flawlessly by the ever-amazing Chloe at Supposey!!
What was unique about the bride and groom’s attire?
Jenna had not one but TWO stunning gowns for her wedding day!! I adored the clean lines and lace train detail on her Lis Simon ceremony gown, and can we please obsess for just a minute over how FABULOUS her custom “Mrs. Slay” denim jacket with pearl details is?! I loved how on-trend, but incredibly classic her bridal looks were!
What was special about the first time the bride and groom saw each other?
I love a good first look, not because logistically they are always necessary, but because they are often the only moment a couple has to just be together and really present in the moment on their wedding day. Brandon’s reaction when he turned around to see Jenna for the first time was incredible! He was so in awe of his gorgeous bride, and I so enjoyed the fact that he didn’t hold back at all. It was such a sweet moment and photographed beautifully in the bridal loft space above 5eleven!
