What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
Shelby has such exquisite taste, so I was dying to see all of the things she had chosen for her big day. I LOVED the fact that she wore a beautiful jeweled headband that complimented her fabulous vintage Vera Wang dress and her sapphire blue shoes. Everything was a treat to look at – such style!
Why was the stationery suite so exceptional?
New Orleans has a vibrancy that you won’t find anywhere else. I loved how Shelby and Robin chose to incorporate that into their invitation suite. The design truly embodied what New Orleans is all about with maps of the town and beautiful shades of green. It was giving all of the jazz vibes.
Were there any special gifts shared between the bride and groom?
Shelby has impeccable taste! Robin, who clearly loves her so, knows this about her and paid close attention to a particular vintage Chanel purse she had been wanting (which was a really hard one to find). When Shelby opened her gift that most beautiful day, her face gleamed – boy, was it beautiful.
Was the exit exciting and unique?
If you are in New Orleans, what better way to exit the party than an amazing second line? All of your family and friends dancing down the streets of New Orleans with live music, fabulous beads, and love in air – it honestly is the best way to go out.
