What made the wedding venue special?
Hannah’s late aunt, Pam, played a very important role in her life. One of the things that Pam loved most were ducks. She owned many of them, and any time Hannah and her family would see a duck, they would think of Pam and feel her presence. On the wedding day, Hannah and her family were so happy to see the ducks that live on the grounds at Live Oak. In fact, the ducks were even in some of the family portraits, making them the cutest little photobombers ever! Hannah and her family were filled with such joy knowing the ducks were there and took it as a sign that Aunt Pam was in attendance, too.
What was the couple’s session like?
OMG – their couple’s session was so sweet! Tony couldn’t NOT take his eyes off of Hannah. I mean, I couldn’t blame him. Hannah looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress. They both looked amazing! One thing I loved about them was that they were entirely themselves around me. And, most importantly, they were happy and just soaking in every moment together. They honestly forgot I was there, and that’s when you capture the real magic.
Tell me about the couple’s choice of color palette.
When you think of summer weddings, you think of warm and bright colors. Hannah broke the norm by adding romantic moody colors to her overall scheme. Her palette consisted of burgundy, blue, dark red, and violet. These colors definitely added a romantic feel and also matched Tony’s uniform perfectly.
