Back in February of 2020, when everything was still normal, I met Rachel at The Henderson Beach Resort in Destin for her stunning bridal session. Unfortunately, she ended up rescheduling her wedding for May of 2021 (and it was glorious!), but that means I have been holding onto these gorgeous photos for over a year. I am tickled to finally get to share them! While our Gulf Coast winters are generally mild, it was a frigid afternoon, with winds whipping off the Gulf of Mexico at over 20 mph. Bet you can’t tell in these photos, though! Rachel was an absolute trooper. She was a dream to photograph, even when her veil blew off and we had to chase it down the beach, and the sand was whipping at her skin so hard it felt like sandpaper.
