What made the wedding venue special?
Chloe and David’s downtown Pensacola reception at Museum Plaza was the very first reception I have photographed in that location, and it was absolutely fantastic!! I loved that their guests were able to easily walk from the ceremony at Old Christ Church to the reception, which was especially nice on a busy festival weekend! More than convenient though, it was perfect for a tented reception on the expansive green and absolutely gorgeous. It is definitely my new favorite outdoor venue space in downtown Pensacola!
What was your favorite detail from the wedding day?
I adored the reception decor that Chloe’s mom and the incredibly talented crew from Wedding Walls, and The Open Rose dreamed up for her wedding!! Crystal chandeliers dripping in lush spring florals and greenery hung from the gorgeous clear-top tent sparkling with cafe lights, while the sweetest blue and white vintage china set atop tables dressed in crisp white linens. The combination of pale blue, soft peach, and creamy white florals was as perfect a choice for a spring wedding as I’ve ever seen. The entire design concept was absolutely stunning and perfectly executed by an incredible team of vendors!
What was unique about the bride and groom’s attire?
I have seen some gorgeous wedding gowns this spring and Chloe’s gown was icing on the cake! She was a vision in the most romantic satin Stella York gown with gorgeous off-the-shoulder straps, sweetheart neckline, and dainty crystal belt! It was a gown fit for a princess and she pulled it off perfectly!!
Was the exit exciting and unique?
I have photographed many a sparkler exit in my time as a wedding photographer, but I can honestly say I have never before photographed a couple making their grand exit driving through fountain fireworks in a white convertible mustang!! Not before Chloe and David’s amazing grand exit that is!! It was dramatic and exciting, and truly a one of a kind end to the night!!
