Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
It was a gorgeous late winter day for this downtown Pensacola wedding at 5eleven! The air may have been a little more brisk than we would have asked for, but the light was positively perfect all day and just gave Sarah a reason to to wear her amazing faux fur wrap for a few portraits!
Were there any children involved in the ceremony or reception that were memorable?
A few weeks before their wedding, Sarah asked if we could make time for a first look with both her son and Greg’s son prior to her first look with Greg. The answer was of course a resounding YES!! I loved that it was important to share that one-on-one time not only with her son, but with Greg’s son as well. They both reacted in incredibly different, yet equally adorable ways and were such sweet moments to witness!!
What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
Sarah and Greg are both relatively reserved people, who preferred not to have too much of a spotlight shining on them on their wedding day. As the day went on, I began to notice that they were both so connected to each other – little looks and tiny gestures throughout the day that simply said,”I love you.” It was just beautiful to see two people able to quietly connect like that amid all the wedding day excitement
