Have you ever been to Seaside? It’s pretty much my favorite place on earth. It’s this little village tucked between the emerald Gulf of Mexico and the green forests of the Florida Panhandle, and it’s pretty much perfect in every way. It’s a collection of traditional wood-framed cottages (which is a term I use loosely, since many of them are four stories!), all impeccably lovely, gathered around a town center bursting with bookshops, gelato stands, and art galleries. Residents ride their bikes (beach cruisers with baskets, of course), and children run in the park and splash in the Gulf as the sun sets. It’s SERIOUSLY PERFECT.
And it’s seriously the most perfect location for a sweet wedding, like the one that Lauren and Jeremy planned last weekend. It was so simple and classic (with like, my favorite dress EVER), and so very “Seaside,” with the white accents and understated elegance.
