What emotions were apparent while the bride was getting ready?
“Melissa and her bridesmaids, Mom, and daughter all got ready at The Lee House in downtown Pensacola. It was so apparent how much Melissa is loved by all these women. Watching her get ready with her adorable daughter Emma by her side was the sweetest thing! Melissa had planned everything so well to make sure that Emma felt special and adored on this important day too. Right before Melissa got into her gorgeous gown we took some super fun pictures of her and her bridesmaids. No shortage of fun and laughs with this group!”
How did the parent’s react upon seeing their son/daughter?
“Melissa’s mom, Terri, did a great job of holding back the tears for most of the morning. But as soon as her baby girl had her dress on she lost it. It was one of my favorite moments of the whole day. All that love just makes my heart full!”
Where there any special gifts shared between the bride and groom?
“Melissa and Mike wrote letters to each other and it always gets me in the feels watching these sweet people read each other’s expressions of love and promises for the future.”
Where there any children involved in the ceremony or reception that were memorable?
“It is always such a joy to see families join together! It is made even sweeter seeing children gaining another amazing parent that is so ready to shower them with love. This was the case with Michael and Emma (Melissa’s daughter). Watching how he treats her and seeing the evidence of how much he loves her was inspiring to everyone. And of course, I had my eye on Melissa for all of this and I know what it must mean to her to know Michael loves Emma so much!”
What emotions were apparent on the wedding day?
“Love and laughter!!! There was so much love from so many people who travelled to see these two tie the knot! But there were also so many “laugh with your whole body” moments throughout the day and it was infectious.”
