Did the weather cooperate on the wedding day?
“The weather was absolutely beautiful for Caroline and Aaron’s wedding day! A weird fog had been hanging around Pensacola for days and it literally lifted as we started to do Caroline’s bridal portraits. The sunshine put a huge smile on her face! We did their first look directly after her portraits and they honestly could have lit the day up with their smiles alone!”
How did the parents react upon seeing their son/daughter?
“Caroline’s mom, Jennifer, knows her daughter isn’t into “mushy moments” as she called them. But she couldn’t help but hold onto her girl and tell her how amazingly proud she is and how much she loves her. Caroline’s dad, Tom, just couldn’t stop staring at and admiring his baby!”
Where there any children involved in the ceremony or reception that were memorable?
“Little Miss Parker, the one and a half year old flower girl, made quite the entrance into the ceremony! Right as her Dad put her down at the top of the aisle I thought she was going to burst into tears. But as soon as she saw that all eyes were on her, she got a huge smile on her face and marched so sweetly down the aisle that we all just melted! It was one of the cutest things I have ever seen.”
Where there any unique traditions that made the reception or ceremony memorable?
“Caroline and Aaron met in high school and have been together for almost eight years. So to say they’ve been through pretty much everything together is not an exaggeration. All of their friends and family kept coming up to them and telling them that they’ve never seen two people more right for each other. There was so much joy! So halfway through the evening, Aaron’s best buddies from Auburn decided to show their love for Caroline by serenading her with “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling!” It was an incredibly fun and vibrant moment!”
Was the exit exciting and unique?
“All of Caroline and Aaron’s guests stayed for the whole party and couldn’t wait to be part of their send off!!! This was, by far, the largest sparkler exit I have ever seen. There must have been at least a hundred people lined up on each side so getting all of those sparklers lit and timing their exit was crazy fun and it went off without a hitch. Seeing Caroline stop and thank her Mom and give huge hugs to her family was such a perfect moment.”
